In case anybody has run into a problem with CPRS in which buttons and other widgets are prematurely cut-off and pop-ups display incorrectly, I have a solution! The problem occurs regardless of the screen resolution setting. Turns out the issue involves the DPI setting. Go to:
Start->Settings->Control Panel->Display->Settings->Advanced
If you are having this problem, ensure that your DPI setting is set to "Normal Size(96 DPI)". And then reboot. This applies to Windows XP. Since I don't have any other versions of Windows readily accessible to me, I can say if this fix applies elsewhere or not.
