Kevin,

The site is in transition.  The previous site is no longer reachable.  The old, 
old site that reappeared for a few days is still reachable by going to our 
project page at sourceforge and then clicking on "home".  Those pages are on 
souceforge, but they are very out of date.  AFAIK, there is no longer a DNS 
problem.
