The Alexandria VAMC has a mobile electronic documentation product that loads specific patient health summaries to a laptop for field use and allows electronic progress notes to be entered and upon returning to connectivity to the VistA system permits uploading directly into CPRS. It is currently proposed to be reviewed and refined for Class I status and release.
