LMP is a measurement and not a procedure, right?  It would be very simple to
add it as a MEASUREMENT (I think IHS has a V MESUREMENT file ... not yet in
VistA).  It could also be easily added as a Lab measurement since it's
already coded in LOINC.  Use Option LRWU5 to Add a new data name (to file
63) then Edit atomic tests (to add a new entry to the LABORATORY TEST file
60.)
