Huh? -- IV Well, interoperability for electronic health record systems remains a pretty significant unsolved problem and, to date, standards based approaches have not proven terribly fruitful. So I can see why he might want to distance himself from them, or at least from the expectation that current standardization efforts will lead us to a solution.
