[Hardhats-members] problem with antomic pathology section

Hi all,

 

I am getting the following problem while using anatomic user manual which is at www.va.gov/vdl  .  I am not getting any values for anatomic pathology section.

Please help me in solving this problem.

 

Select Anatomic pathology Option: EDIT/modify data, anat path

Select Edit/modify data, anat path Option: ??

   LI     Edit log-in & clinical hx, anat path [LRAPED]
   MM     Modify released pathology report [LRAPMRL]
             **> Locked with LRAPMOD
   SC     Edit anat path comments [LRAPEDC]

You can also select a secondary option:

Or a Common Option:

          Halt [XUHALT]
          Continue [XUCONTINUE]
          Restart Session [XURELOG]
   MM     MailMan Menu ... [XMUSER]
   VA     View Alerts [XQALERT]
          Time [XUTIME]
          User's Toolbox ... [XUSERTOOLS]
          Where am I? [XUSERWHERE]

Select Edit/modify data, anat path Option: MODIFY released pathology report

                       Modify Released Pathology Reports

                                     NOTICE

   This option allows modification of a verified/released pathology report.
   Continuing with this option will unrelease the report and flag the report
   as modified even if the data is unchanged.  It will also be queued to the
   final report queue so that it may be verified/released again.
