I can now send folks the blockbuster VistA DVD because now has the option to use captions.
Many thanks to the VA Central Office folks for making it available. In Windows, right click on the VistA-Play screen and choose captioning if you want to use captions. It plays on Linux if you go into the Video directory and use Kaffeine to play the largest video file. I am sure there are other options as well. It plays on an ordinary DVD player for your TV, too.
