1> Has anyone ever seen where Win7 would just automatically
reset/recover itself to a fresh install environment?
Such as, the MRU programs being populated with Sticky Notes, Getting
Started, Paint, & other ones that show up on an install?
Also seeing desktop wallpaper reset to default, the systray icons set to
hide (default), etc...

2> Is there a way to force Win7 to reset the environment like I
described above from within the Win7 environment? If so, where/how?
