While the tests don't give MSSE very good marks, I only use that and
Adblock Plus, (since ads are the most common attack vector) and I almost
exclusively use Chrome as my browser, because it is the most updated -and
it even updates plugins like the security-hole-ridden-flash in the
background, with no needed user input.

After this discussion though, I downloaded MBAM and gave it a scan. No
viruses found. The only other security method I use is Google's DNS on my
router, which blocks known malicious domains.
