Yes it is. I have the Office 365 Home which provides a decent package of 5 
licenses for about $80 / year (up a bit from last year). For me it’s a value 
and a business expense and I use it. With the subscription it’s always the 
current version. It also has some extras including a terabyte of storage in the 
cloud.
