Some phones are locked to not allow file transfers over Bluetooth. I
believe that my Sony T-610 won't let me, which is why I use it's IR
interface instead.

I'm trying to get Bluetooth PC support so I can communicate with my cellular
phone..
Ultimately I can get the PC and the phone to communicate but I can't effect a
file transfer. My hunch is the Targus adapter doesn't support full OBEX and
currently I'm looking for one that does...
