Pretty scary stuff. The one thing that strikes me though:

Foreign citizens don't have Constitutional rights.

Is this for real?  Sounds sort of insane to me.

I guess it's now "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free...unless they're just passing through...then tell 'em to watch out!" <grin>
