Any firewalls or XP's firewall blocking some of the ports?

I have a Sony laptop in today that is unable to use video chat in either
AIM or MSN Messenger. It sends sound and video fine, but the other
machine (I tried two machines on my local network) doesn't send video and
sound properly. Sometimes I get video and sound for a couple of seconds
and then it stops, other times I get sound by no video. I've reinstalled
MSN Messenger and AIM. I've updated the video drivers, I've disabled
McAfee. No change. Any ideas other than reinstalling Windows?
