And you plan on putting this in your livingroom? Outside of being loud, cases with a window or other open area are not great devices to put next to anything like speaker wire, video cable runs, etc. While it's neat in your office, mixed amongst other equipment it's an RF leak and a good way to get a "buzz" within all your outbound audio if anywhere close to wiring connection points.
While it is slick looking, the comment that the front fan "sounds like a jet" in the reviews also isn't inspiring of it's living room capabilities. -----Original message----- From: Brian Weeden [EMAIL PROTECTED] Date: Tue, 25 Oct 2005 12:14:40 -0500 To: The Hardware List hardware@hardwaregroup.com Subject: Re: [H] Case recommendations > On 10/25/05, j m g <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Take a look here > > > > http://www.pcalchemy.com/product_info.php/pName/silverstone-lascala-sstlc18-wtouchscreen-black/cName/htpc-cases?osCsid=5d3899e4be9e7da3722c62fb34e712b6 > > Very sweet, but $650?
