24 pins alone does not mean ATX12V v2.01

Does enlight cases come with power supplies that are ATX12V v2.01
(with dual 12V lines) as well as a PCIe connector? Or are they still
ATX12V v1.3?
My PCI-E video cards are powered by the PCI-E motherboard slot. They
have not power plug or jack on them.
My Asus P4GD2-X Socket 775 motherboards include an adapter which
appears to adapt a SATA hard drive to a 4 pin Molex power connector.
My Enlight power supplies are already SATA ready. My power supply and
motherboard both have the 24 pin power.
