for me I use System Guardian that backs up daily to a second completely bootable backup hd ( and with drive pooling the backup can be rotated ) could be used on any drive in the system though.
I also use Karens Power Tools to clone some data over the LAN and a batch file to backup Quickbooks data file over the LAN to another install of QB incase this box goes south.
