Bluetooth CAN be an absolute nightmare. Not always, but it can be. In my
case it was. Literally tear your hair out..

Is the device successfully "paired?"
Secondly, you may have a driver conflict which is very common. Check to see
if the native Windows drivers are installed or the manufacturers drivers
which support the device.

Interesting...I had no problem with Windows and my E815. All I did was DUN
over BT, but that worked like a champ...
