[H] Nero 6.6 questions

How in the hell do I get the help files to work in Nero 6.6. I download the 
chm files and run them but nothing. .... it keeps asking me to find 
nero.hlp but it doesn't exist.

How do I get Nero 6.6 to include the txt information... track and artist 
when I burn a CD so that it appears on programs like Winamp? I have the 
write text box set. All the tracks show title and artist under properties, 
but they don't show up in Winamp??
