I'm really happy with this app.  Not only does it support most mobile 
players (iPod, PSP, cell phones, etc), it will also rip to generic 
Divx.  It's quick, too, going straight from DVD to the output format.  
Hence, I can do music DVDs to my iPod and movies to my laptop.  One can 
adjust quality as well.

I could not get that app that MPC recommended to work on my media 
system.  It's rather old tech, though, so maybe that has something to do 
with it.
