I live in a area where all cell providers have a very weak signal. It has
to do with the terrain. Could I use something like this with an external
antenna as a booster?

Up until these, all I could find where bridges costing > $300 and they
weren't even bluetooth. I wanted something that would let me use a
bluetooth headset with on both cell & land line.
