I have a lot of customers who come in with NIS/McAfee. It's pretty easy to get them to switch when you point out the resource drain these two programs put on a system, and their poor record protecting from viruses. I had one doctor who switched from NIS to NOD32, and afterwards told me it was like upgrading the CPU and adding RAM (something he had considered doing.) He then switched his other four computers.
