Why do you think the ATI would be any less stable?

I am putting together(online) a Thinkpad build for my Sister. Her needs are
basic except she has to be able to be able to read X Rays, and Cat Scans.
How graphic intensive that is, I don't know. Fortunately, her company gives
her a hefty budget for TP. I am guessing that just about any new Intel
processors will do the job and I think she will get a T series dual core.
I got a choice of video.....
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
or 128MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1400
For performance the ATI is the winner right, but if the Intel does the job
won't it be a lot more stable?
