Ohhh... truthfully, I just assumed. I don't have the box anymore...
Guess I will have to do some checking... However, if I won't get the
same or better performance... and pc's being cheaper...
Ok. No Apple for gaming. Just Apple for Net stuff. Now...
Which card is better?
ATI Radeon X1600 graphics with 128MB GDDR3 memory
or
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT with 128MB GDDR3 memory
I am assuming the Nvidia... it's on the most expensive unit.

You'd have to buy a new copy? When I played WoW, my CDs had both PC +Mac
copies on the same install CD. Also I should add, WoW WILL run slower
on Mac than PC--sometimes dramatically slower.
Blizzard's been amazingly great about crossplatform stuff--my War3 and
StarCraft CD's are both PC/Mac also, and I believe a recent WoW patch
made it a universal binary for Intel systems (not sure--don't play
anymore).

Yeah, World of Warcraft could use it but I would have to buy a new
copy of it. I'd rather just play it on the PC. I was going to hold
off on a new game system until WOW expansion was released... OK let
me back up.
MacPro is awesome and I would get it if the expansion for WoW had
been released and I could be sure I was on or past the edge of what I
would need for it. That's really a gaming system. I just don't want
to buy one now and then be kicking myself for buying to early.
Having said that... I will probably not game on an Apple (although
I'd love too). So, this system will be general use and for me to
learn Apple, OSX, and the Apple software.

Are there any (Mac) games that can take advantage of that video card?

I have a couple weeks to burn a promotion for a new Apple system
for the shop. I am looking at the iMac (Yes, MacPro is sexy as hell
but I just don't see myself gaming on it or making music, etc, etc.)
There are two iMac's I am looking at, one has:
ATI Radeon X1600 graphics with 128MB GDDR3 memory
The other has:
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT with 128MB GDDR3 memory
Which is "better"?
