Anybody have any suggestions for one that could be mounted outside?

I had a few IP/Ethernet DLinks that were OK. A CMOS
based DCS900 which need a host PC to doing motion sensing & recording. The other a CCD based (32xx something) that was intended as a video conferencing cam so it has on-board motion sensing, 2-way audio, & FTP
upload capability.
