I have been converting our VHS tapes to video format. I am more that happy with the main quality for the Dxxxxx movies.
The only thing I would really like to change is the removal of about the lowest 1/16 of an inch at the bottom of screen. That's were there are vestiges of tracking squiggles or irregularities. If I could just chop off the lowest horizontal lines I would be very happy Any know of software that would let me do this? Thanks
