[H] Digital Photo Frames

So one of the new cool techie items for the home is the digital photo frame. 
Does anyone have one yet?  They can be really expensive, but I've seen a 
couple on sale for around $99.  Problem is, they're ugly with big black 
frames, frames larger than the image.

Any recs on one <$150 as a last minute gift?
