No, if you "install" the Autopatcher Nov., it really just unzips to a folder in c:\program files\autopatcher. The updater just appends to that folder. You can then take that folder and burn it off to a CD or whatever, and you have a full.
Yes, I like RyanVM, BTS, etc. but those are before the fact utility slipstreamers.
