Folks, My NEC-3540 has completely disappeared from WinXP SP2. Shows up in the bios, I can boot to cd/dvd's - I've even reinstalled WinXP to a different directory via cd on the same drive, but on booting to that install - still no DVD drive.
I tried flashing the firmware with NEC's official .exe - could not find it in WinXP. Any idea's? Thanks. -- -jmg -sapere aude
