I installed ASPI32.exe and it made no difference.
I ran ASPICHK.exe and it says everything is running perfectly.
My OS is W2000 with SP4.
On an Asus A8N-VM.
If you go to the Asus website, you can download the ATK0110 ACPI
utility. That should fix it.
