Passive cooled 8600GTS. Dual DVI and under $200. MSI and Gigabyte both have passive cooled models out.

I have 2 LCD screens that are both DVI and analog inputs. So obviously I would prefer a card that is good for business applications and supports DVI natively. Another thing I like to do is put my monitors in portrait mode so that I get more top to bottom real estate. But I have noticed that kills video performance. I am assuming its from redrawing everything on screen instead of at a lower level so a card that could do that natively would be great. Oh yeah one more thing it can't be a $500 card since I have to get my work to approve it.
