I've been here since it was Tom's OC list (back then I was subb'ed as Sabre..  I think it was 96') and have always been glad to help the group out whenever I can.
I'll take the machine down after T-day just to make sure that you have enough time to get things sorted out.

Sorry. My explanation to the list for the recent problems where incomplete
and with it's incomplete explanation put the fault with Julian's place of
business. He and Radiant Networks has hosted this list for, hmmm long time
now. He has asked for nothing and offered help when needed.

The buck stops here. Not paying attention, slow to respond to the problem
and well, degraded skills on my end resulted in this hick up.

Freebsd runs, and runs and runs. I lost most of my skills cause it just
runs. In the beginning of the year when there where problems, I cocked up
the server trying to update the os. Since then I have been chasing the
snarls and took a short cut and tried to do a short cut and passed on DNS
responsibilities to Dotster, the domain register. It worked for the most
part but still buggy at best. So with this latest discombobulation, I
thought it would be best to move the domains to a more jim friendly setup
with point and click features and less command line. I also thought I
should stop abusing Julian's generosity that was needed at one time but is
not the case as of late. Should have done it some time ago, I got lazy
about it. So...

BTW, I found the list of addies that can post and are not subbed so that
should be a go.

I'll get the fantasy football list going soon.
