Haven't tried it yet, but I downloaded it off MS TechNet. It was posted to TechNet and MSDN yesterday in the Top Downloads section (not the normal download center). I hate that they do that, but they use Akamai to distribute new popular items...which seems to be incompatible with their traditional download center.
