[H] STEAM and cheat codes

[Winterlight]

I am playing Half Life 2 on STEAM, and I am getting really 
board  with all the jumping, stacking, bobbing crap.... can you use 
cheat codes in Steam... and if so how?  Anybody know any good mods 
that will work?
