I'll jump in. Start FF/Tools/Add-ons. Highlight your "items" one at a time and choose Disable (for testing only) or Uninstall... BTW I did not list my Plug-ins. I have around 15 of those, but "the system/program" added them on my behalf. (I did not personally pick them, go and get them, and manually install them like I did with the first group above..)
