Is there really a meaningful difference between the PRO-141FD and the PRO-151FD other than the $500 difference? Read the specs. The 141 weighs ~2lbs more. Duh?
I am an Elite fan; just cuz I own one now.

Viera's are good, but Pioneer Elite Kuro's are arguably the best
plasmas to be had, but then again, they do cost 4-5-6 grand. :)

They are the best, the new PRO-151FD 60" price actually came down a grand to 6500 but it is a fantastic display. Of course, my new 30 inch GatewayX3000 monitor does 1600p which is also pretty impressive.

I spent weeks reading on the AVS forum, http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/index.php .

Bought a nice 50 inch Samsung last weekend. Not as good on blacks as
the Panny, but better color by most all reports
from the calibrators on the forum. :)

Says it is "i" and "p" capable.
Looking for opinions?????????????

I will be back later.......
I do not mind Panasonic.
But, I am more of a Pioneer Elite kind of sort; because I have a
55in Pioneer analog rpg ATM.
I dream of something in the 60in. realm.
Duh. Two questions. Bummer............... :)
Thank you.
