I have to agree. They treated me well on the single return I had to
make. I did not even buy through their memory configuator on the WEB
but got what "seemed to be" the same exact model number from Best Buys.
NOTE: They add extra numbers (a suffix) to "hone-in" more exactly to your
"exact system" when purchasing direct... (These numbers are generally
"hidden" until you see them in person on the physical ram stick label...)

I've had Crucial Ram go bad, but it's quite rare. The few times I've
called them to have them honor their warranty they have apologized to me
for the ram being bad and sent out a replacement immediately with return
shipping label.
