I have a Intel 865PERL board that won't post. It was working just fine. I just moved it from one case to another.

I have installed the board, a P4 3.4, one stick on known good Kingston DDR and Matrox G450 PCI known to be good... and a usb keyboard.

I have tried two different PS, a Antech Truepower, and a Enermax 450 gold.

When it powers on I hear three long beeps of equal length ... and then nothing but the sound of the fan in the power supply. Anybody know what the beeps mean?

Sounds like RAM to me. I'd check the seating. Maybe reset the CMOS in case the RAM timings are off.
