Warranty is three years. And, while it covers a true RROD (3 lights) MS will do nothing about the Two-Light Red Problem (overheat) which is specifically not covered unless you want to shell $125. The RROD warranty is also only within the 3 years, and only covers original registered boxes. So, if you saved money and bought at a second hand place (like Gamestop, etc.) prepare for a lot of headaches.
