[H] Vista64 questions work arounds

XP PRO TweakUi allowed one to edit the context menu = NEW
Is there a way to do this in Vista? I have found the settings in the 
registry, and I can selectively remove them but they reappear after a reboot.

One of the issues with Vista Home Premium is that Vista will not 
remember network passwords between reboots. The check box is there 
but it doesn't work, only Ultimate supports this. Do any of you 
Network Gurus know of a work around?
