I'm sure all of us who've had to talk to outsourced (overseas) tech support have similar tales of woe to tell. After similar printer experiences I avoid Lexmark and HP like the plague. I do most printing on a monochrome Brother laser. The color lasers are coming down in price as well, and look more attractive all the time.
