I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a few extra days for W7 to be posted to MSDN and TechNet, given that the 13th is just the RTM sign-off day. They've historically outsourced the most popular downloads for MSDN and TN to Akamai, so there's a good chance that server availability will be acceptable.
I, for one, will install it shortly after it's posted. I've been running the public RC on my work machine since release, and can't wait.
