[H] Testing network cables

Other than Fluke, does anyone know of a network cable tester than 
would let me test CAT5 and CAT6 for quality as well as 
connectivity?  I've been chasing iffy cables for about a week, and my 
little tester than tells me that the pairs are fine just doesn't cut it.
