I have not be able to notice any lag in either a wireless keyboard or a
mouse. While I dont' believe them to be faster than their corded
equivalents, I'm also not convinced there should be a delay noticeable
by a human being other than that produced by a weak signal. Signal
strength can be managed by someone who is a serious gamer or just don't
want to suffer from noticeable lag (everyone, would be my guess).
As anyone done any real world testing of some kind to put some hard
numbers on such issues?

Any/all cordless devices I have seen/tried (Logitech/MS/Saitek) until
now still have some noticeable degree of LAG. The logic in them still
takes extra time to do the do (their internal comm
business/intfcs/drivers).
I suppose in years to come this will perhaps go away. Like when
"corded" stuff just plain goes away, I'm afraid (JMHO).
USB/Bluetooth/WIFI seem to be the tech mavens of the "transfer"
battles. I still sit with my corded stuff and watch the skirmishes. I
am not convinced; and, I do not buy/use cordless mice/kbs. Just park
me with the rest of the troglodytes.
