[H] Outlook 2007 dog slow

So I have a machine with Outlook 2007 that takes 56 seconds to open 
in normal mode and about 3 seconds to open in safe mode.  I've 
disabled all add-ons, cleaned up the PST files, compacted them, even 
tried opening with a different, empty PST file.  No change.  I've 
also tried repairing MS Office to see if that would make a 
difference.  No change.  I defragged the hard drive, no change.

Any ideas?
