Yes, I bought a DVD version from Newegg on sale with $40 MS Rebate for an eventual 30 bucks. I just thought I would keep that for a new laptop so I can upgrade to PRO. But it is the same thing as the download able version upgrade disk = install within windows. I know there is a hack way of doing it but I do not trust MS enough not to have them install and update one day and then pop up and say your license isn't good for this install. Besides, this install looks fine to me .. no different then when I installed Windows 7 Pro on top of Windows 7 Home premium.. just delete the old windows folder and it is all good.

Winterlight,

If you opt the DVD version, you get a DVD shipped to you. Before I did a clean
install I waited for the DVD to arrive. Those days were hard on my nerves :)
