To directly answer your question, http://ubuntuforums.org/ is the official source of support. Elementary Luna is based on Ubuntu 12.04, so issues with your card/laptop model on that release will apply to Luna. Elementary Freya is based on 14.04, so the same goes for that. If I were you, I'd google something like, 'Ubuntu 12.04 wireless your-pc-model-#-here"
