This might be incorrect information. What I do here at the shop for Windows 8.x and Windows 10 computers that had it previously installed, we just install from any related version.
Ex: Windows 8.1 Pro OEM ISO 64-bit Once the OS is installed we log on the Microsoft account and it get the key from Microsoft. This also includes the computers in our domain as well.
