[H] shut off internet Windows 7

[Winterlight]

I have a old Win7 laptop. I leave it on for a countdown timer and 
other simple tasks. I don't need or want any internet connection. 
What is the easiest way to disconnect it from internet but keep it 
connected to my LAN. thanks
