[H] SSH in Windows 10 PRO

I am trying to solve a Unifi 802.11ac Dual-Radio PRO Access Point 
(UAP-AC-PRO-US) problem(s) with Ubiquiti email support. They asked me to do 
this>>
<Can you also, SSH to the AP which shows as "adoption failed" and share the 
output of the following command?>
I know SSH is a Linux that is now available to use in Win10 Pro but I have no 
idea how to use it or why he wants to do this. Can somebody give me some step 
by step instructions. Thanks
