seems like the last win 10 update fubared my
DVD ( just a guess)
error in device manager.
"Windows cannot start this hardware device
because its configuration information (in the
registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
done all the usual, removed and re detected
HW, removed high/low driver stuff in registry
everything suggested by MS. even errors same
with a external connected.
win 10 20H2 build 19042.746
should I just wait, maybe mother will fix
this or is this just me. DVD still works in
shop so I mapped it for use in office IF needed.
shop puter still on build 1909.
has anyone else seen this bug ? wasn't for
needing to use the DVD would never had even
noticed as much as these get used these days.
When I put this system together last year my
son thought the DVD was not needed.
let have a safe year and hope the madness
